Our Services
Comprehensive conflict resolution for individuals, families, schools, and institutions
General Inquiry & Consultancy
Many people are unsure where to begin when a conflict arises. Our General Inquiry and Consultancy service is designed to be the first step for anyone seeking clarity, direction, or simply a listening ear. We offer confidential consultations where you can discuss the details of your situation, ask questions about the mediation process, and explore your options without any pressure to proceed.
Our team will help you understand the nature of your dispute, assess whether mediation is suitable, and, if necessary, refer you to a lawyer or other professional when litigation is the more appropriate path. We also handle case status checks for those already involved in ongoing mediation, ensuring you stay informed every step of the way.

Mediation Services
At the heart of CEPECOM is our core mediation service. We provide a neutral, confidential space where parties in conflict can come together with the guidance of a trained mediator to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. We handle a wide range of disputes including land and property conflicts — one of the most common and sensitive issues in Ghanaian communities — as well as family disputes, divorce and child custody arrangements, financial recovery matters, landlord-tenant disagreements, and inheritance-related conflicts.
Our mediators are certified professionals who do not take sides. Instead, they facilitate constructive dialogue, help clarify misunderstandings, and guide parties toward solutions that everyone can live with. The goal is not to declare a winner, but to restore relationships and build lasting peace.

School Conflict Resolution
Schools are meant to be safe spaces for learning and growth, but conflicts between students, between students and teachers, among staff, or between the school and parents can disrupt this environment. Our School Conflict Resolution service helps educational institutions identify the root causes of conflict and design practical strategies to restore harmony.
We work closely with school administrators, teachers, parents, and students to facilitate dialogue, mediate disputes, and build frameworks for ongoing conflict prevention. Our approach is tailored to the unique dynamics of each school, whether the issue is bullying, staff disagreements, parent-teacher misunderstandings, or community relations affecting the school. We help create a culture of dialogue that supports both academic excellence and personal development.

Workplace Conflict Resolution
A healthy workplace depends on healthy working relationships. When disputes arise between management and employees, between colleagues, or across departments, productivity suffers and the work environment becomes toxic. Our Workplace Conflict Resolution service helps organisations address these issues before they escalate.
We facilitate structured dialogue sessions, mediate between conflicting parties, and help develop clear communication protocols that prevent future misunderstandings. Our services are suitable for private companies, government institutions, non-profits, and small businesses alike. Whether it is a leadership dispute, a team conflict, or a systemic issue affecting morale, we provide the tools and guidance needed to rebuild trust and cooperation.

Mediation Training & Seminars
Sustainable peace requires that communities have the skills to resolve their own conflicts. Through our Mediation Training and Seminars programme, we equip traditional leaders (chiefs and queen mothers), assembly members, religious leaders, teachers, youth leaders, and community volunteers with practical mediation and conflict resolution skills.
Our training covers foundational mediation techniques, active listening, negotiation skills, cultural sensitivity, and the legal framework for alternative dispute resolution in Ghana. Participants learn through role-playing, case studies, and real-world scenarios. We also offer customised seminars for organisations, schools, and community groups that want to build internal capacity for conflict management.

Research & Conflict Analysis
Understanding the deeper dynamics of a conflict is essential for effective intervention. Our Research and Conflict Analysis service provides thorough, objective study of conflict situations to uncover root causes, stakeholders, triggers, and patterns. We produce detailed reports that help parties, institutions, and community leaders understand the full picture.
This service is especially valuable for organisations, government agencies, and traditional councils dealing with recurring or complex disputes. Our analysis provides evidence-based recommendations for resolution and long-term prevention. We also conduct community-level research to identify emerging conflict trends and support early intervention efforts.

Mobile Mediation Clinic
Justice should not depend on how far you live from a town centre. Many rural and farming communities in the Central Region have limited access to formal justice systems, leaving disputes unresolved for months or years. Our Mobile Mediation Clinic brings mediation services directly to these communities.
Our team travels to remote villages, sets up temporary mediation sessions in community centres, schools, or under trees if needed, and works with local leaders to facilitate resolutions on the spot. This service covers land disputes, family issues, chieftaincy conflicts, and other community-level disagreements. By going to where the people are, we ensure that geography is never a barrier to peace.

Women & Vulnerable Persons Empowerment
Women, children, persons with disabilities, and economically vulnerable individuals often face the greatest barriers to accessing justice. Our Women and Vulnerable Persons Empowerment programme provides targeted support to ensure that these groups are not left behind in the pursuit of peace and resolution.
We offer confidential mediation services tailored to the specific needs of vulnerable individuals, provide referrals to social services and legal aid, and work with community leaders to create more inclusive and accessible dispute resolution mechanisms. Our team is trained to handle sensitive cases with the utmost care, respect, and confidentiality. We also conduct community awareness programmes to educate vulnerable groups about their rights and the mediation services available to them.
